Hey 👋🏾 Hope all is well in your world. The month is pretty much over but if you are in Louisiana, with me, it’s celebration time. The season of parades, gathering, and sharing a good time is here. Happy Mardi Gras season for those that celebrate. Now for mostly everywhere else in the world, it’s just the end of February leading into March. It’s so much going on around us it’s important to take some time to send and receive positive energies. I’m sending some your way.
Melanin magic is factual, beautiful to observe, and even better to be a part of. It’s delightful to be able to spotlight the amazingly talented and multifaceted individual, Bria A. She specializes in massage therapy, but if you need a little more body maintenance in the form
sculpting, some crotchet clothing, and handcrafted crystal gear you would be in the right company near her. It’s helpful when you can be relaxed and eased by a properly trained and wholesome individual. It makes a difference who you allow in your space and provides an overall better experience when services are properly executed with great intentions behind them. I can personally speak in favor of Bria’s gifted hands. I’ve had the immense pleasure of being her client a couple of times and climbed off her table feeling loose and liberated. The option to be able to obtain handcrafted crystal jewelry made by her to balance self, chakras, or just be visually stunning is a great one too. I can’t leave out how skilled she is with a crotchet needle. She constructs everything from swimwear to formal, and everything in between. The everything is vast. To know her is to love her and all that she creates. I’m happy that a beautiful friend of mine took the time to share her crafts and let us know how we can support her in her journey. Check it out below ⬇️
Q1: How long have you shared your art with the world and how did you start?
I've been massaging for going on 9 years, mobile massage in Houston for 3, crocheting for 6, and making crystal jewelry for 1. I love to use my hands so everything that I do is hands on. I randomly started massage school and learned how to crochet and wrap crystals from YouTube University 😂
Q2: What or who is your biggest inspiration?
My biggest inspiration is my struggle. Knowing that I never want to go back to what once was, keeps me motivated.
Q3: What do you want to leave behind?
I would like to leave behind generational wealth for my family
Q4: What is it that the general public can do to support you?
I currently don't have a massage page, YET, but you can follow my personal page @oh_so_natural. Crochet page @hookd_up_. Crystal jewelry @_stoneage_crystals and website for online purchasing is Stoneagecrystals.com .
Q5: What, if any, advice would you give to someone that is looking to grow within your field?
Just have fun with it!!
Thank you to all eyes that lay home on this written interview. Take a few moments to check out the links and services revealed above. May your world be filled with the love that supposedly is in the air this month and beyond. ❤️
