Hey 👋🏾. Hope all is well in your world. Let the good times roll as we hop into the red zone of Mardi Gras. Thee Tuesday that is fat, is the Tuesday that is tomorrow. Hopefully that joke translated well. 😅😅 Despite whatever else that may be going on, in the area and beyond; here we celebrate melanin business and serial entrepreneurship. We so rarely get the true benefits of actually being aware of the many things that someone does. Most people focus in on one journey and stay on that path, building skill and audience along the way. That within itself tends to be hard, adding on doing that for multiple business is admirable. On today we focus on a pair that does it effortlesly. We are combining a bit of business and love. A walk down Lover's Lane with Terri and Glenn sounds like the perfect trip to take. They are both super talented, focused , and well educated about the skills and crafts they are dedicated to . If you add a lovely bundle of joy to their mix you get family and a host of extra responsibilities to go along with work. They seem to balance it all so well and it's why I had to reach out and get a little insight into their business, love, and how we can support. Take a moment to read their responses to a few questions we had to know.
What’s your love story? How and when did you meet?
Glenn and I met at a party for New Year’s in 2013. I was still a senior in high school so this is my first college party and I was kind of quiet but before the party ended we had a few interactions. He came up to me and was like, you should text me and I was like OK I should. He proceeded to look at me with a confused face and then said, “You need my number to text me, so put my number in your phone.” Then he proceeded to make me call him right then and there to make sure that was my number, so that’s how we met, haha. Our love story started as great friends then evolved to a relationship in July of 2013. We’ve been rocking and rolling since.
What are your individual careers and how can the public support? How do you balance romanticism and your careers?
Terri: I wear many hats, I’m a photographer, baker, and real estate agent. It takes nothing to share anything I post, that’s the simplest form of support that speaks volumes. One can support me by ordering cookies, booking a photoshoot, or calling me to buy or sell a home. Every client is well taken care of, no matter the transaction — we become family at the end of it all. We balance our romanticism by showing support for one another in everything we do. Nothing says I love you like catering to that persons needs.

Glenn: I’m a dedicated a realtor and a full time Dad. Our son has energy for days so being a dad is a full time job with him for sure. If anyone you know is looking to buy, sell or invest into real estate I say give me a call. When you call 3373980981 you may get me or Terri either way you’re getting the best bang for the price of one. We make sure to take care of our clients with top tier service. I think Terri and I balance or romanticism by remembering to keep dating each other. The same way I got her I’m keeping her, we both cater to each other and trust each others processes when disagreements come up.
Terri: Glenn gets me in line, like he has definitely helped me stay on track with everything. He’s like a mini manager. Always on me asking me if I finished each task I wrote down for the day and never fails to support me by helping out.
Glenn: Terri definitely teaches me to have extreme patience.
